John Bourke is a technology professional with over 20 years of experience working with companies to define, build, document and manage their business technology goals. He started RealmQuests Services as a sole proprietorship in January 2000 in response to requests for his assistance from associates he'd met over the years. In January of 2010, the business was formally incorporated as RealmQuests Services, Inc.
While the core client base is built upon referrals, the incorporated entity presents the opportunity to expand service offerings to new clients through the use and integration of the growing wealth of web-based technology, effectively enabling the business to provide services on a much wider scale.
Roxy Caraway started her professional career in accounting. After 16 years of being stuck in a dark back office in the bowels of a building, she drastically altered her career path. In 1991 she made the move to documentation, and has been in the forefront of the digitization of content ever since.
Roxy went on to form JAQKAR, Inc. in 2000. JAQKAR began as a publishing services firm, which developed numerous unique approaches to bundling an array of services that provided simple and economical solutions for complex content development and distribution problems faced by content owners as a result of the convergence of print media with the digital world.
Since its inception, JAQKAR, Inc. has steadily evolved, expanding the scope of services to encompass content management, digital workflows and training solutions. JAQKAR and its partners have worked on projects for clients large and small, providing complete solutions for businesses wanting to streamline workflow by integrating front-office services and backoffice solutions on the web.
